Disgusting service and ****************

1stly I would like to say how disgusted I am in the service levels. We bought gold earings for my mum and paid R1800 for the pair she wore the earings once and put them in their box and they had turned black so we took them back to the shop they said maybe it's her skin reaction that may have turn them black what a load of bull**** she always weara gold all her life and not once did this ever happen well I guess it's quality she bought and not the **** cheap gold we got from natal wholesale jewels they made her wait 8 weeks to get them back and did not want to refund her and they did their own analysis and said there is nothing wrong with the earings polished it up and gave her back and said should it happen again they will refund her or she could take something to the value.... So we accepted and tried one more time she had them in the box and the same thing they where back when she wanted to wear them... They did not sti kn to their word and now they have send the things in again for what assessment what assessment because it's cheat **** you sold us and we are waiting another 6 weeks and what disregard you have for other people's hard earned money.... Why aren't we getting a refund for the **** you sold us why do we have to wait so long if this matter is not dealt with we are going to take this further abs to the papers the NCR AN OMBUDSMAN THE PAPERS AND I WILL STAND OUTSIDE THAT SHOP PROTESTING ABOUT THE BAD SERVICE AND CHEAP PRODUCTS YOU SOLD US THAT YOU DON'T WANT TO RETURN...... The manager of that store gives a time to give us feedback but never calls its all out wasted time money and energy..... It's shameful how you treat you customers SIS!!!!
