Disgusting service!
On the 14th March 2021 I paid R600 to have a chain repaired. When I got there and paid the chain was broken.
On the 23rd March they called me to collect together with a bracelet I had bought which was also in for repairs.
A week later the chain broke again, so I went back and told them to repair it and also queried as to why the chain was now much shorter than when I had brought it in.
The bracelet has since broken again!
I still have not received my chain back and we already sitting in June. Absolutely disgusting service!
