did not get my rings

we bought two rings from nwj last week and went back to get it resized aswell as to get my own ring cleaned, as on paper i was told that i can come and collect my rings 11/02/2016 today we get a call no sorry we need to wait another week as ons of the rings's diamonds fell out and found it out when they opened the box and the jeweler already left and it can go only back on Monday so I got none of my three rings back, I just feel that is not fair they where suppose to check before dropping it off at the branch how can you delivery a ring with a diamond that is out and now I should just wait because of a mistake that should have never happend in the first place after we spend a lot of money, what type of quality is it any way if diamonds falls out.
