DIAMONDS ARE NOT FOREVER AT THIS STORE
WHY ARE THEY STILL OPEN I walked in to get my ring resized smaller but the clearly unqualified assistant was making a note of the incorrect letter making the ring bigger and not smaller as I requested, I walked out as I felt it was rather a little loose than falling off Now something my fiance took his time in picking making sure it was perfect and to my taste now has a MISSING diamond JUST A FEW MONTHS LATER AND A DIAMOND FELL OUT HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO HAVE THIS FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE
Clearly there are no qualified people working for NWJ as the people making the rings are just as hopeless as the people in store
