Diamond swapped during repair

<br> Good day<br> I sent my wife's wedding ring to the canal walk branch to replace the diamond that was loose, i included the diamond. On return of the ring I noted that the largest diamond clarity was not the same as when i handed the piece in for repair. <br> I refused to take receipt of the ring. The consultant argued that it is the same diamond but he would send it back for cleaning. Fact is, the clarity is different from all the other diamonds and this was not the case when i brought it in. The store recleaned the ring stating that was the possible cause. <br> On inspection, it was still the same. I have taken the ring since no-one at the store is willing to accept that my diamonds were exchanged for lower clarity diamonds.
