Diamond Ring in for repairs stores closed

I need your assistance.

I purchase a wedding ring for my wife worth around R15000 from Nwj Jewellery Store in Sandton City. The one diamond kept coming off this must've been the 3rd time I took it for repairs.They called me to collect it only to find that it wasn't repair it was only shined. So they booked it in again 3 weeks ago and called me to collect it.I told them I have a funeral in the family and will collect it the week after.This past Tuesday I went to the store and it was closed,I called the centre manager and they said the staff just left without saying anything and the owed rent.I called their numbers of the store and head office numbers and they weren't answers.I went to their store in Cresta and it was also closed. I have no other means of getting my wife's wedding ring back and need your assistance.
