DIAMOND FELL OFF FOR THE 4TH TIME
The stone on my ring has fallen off for the FORTH time. It is always that one particular band. It is ridiculous that in a space of 4 years that this ring has to be sent to the store. Clearly no has sorted this ring out properly when I first raised my query in August 2016. Ring had to sent back in August 2016, May 2017, Jan 2018 and now again. I am not paying for any repairs. Please sort this out asap.
