Delayed order
I've order a gold chain on the 12th of October 2023, for my wife's birthday which passed last weekend, no delivery, no communication, no response on WhatsApp, head office landline unavailable, no response from customer service via email of which I've send several mails, this is totally unacceptable, and what an embarrassment it was for me, no present 😢, If no delivery within the next 2 days I want a full refund and will rate your service on all social media platforms
