Defective Diamond Dress Ring

Like some of the other complainants on this website I also bought a defective 9ct White Gold Diamond Dress ring at King Shaka Airport for R13 650 which was discounted from R21 000. Since many of the stones had fallen out I took the ring in to their Cresta Branch in January 2015 to claim a refund but was advised by the Manager that they could only send it in for repairs. <br> <br> When I collected the ring in February 2015 after it had been repaired I asked the Manager at Cresta what the problem was but he could not tell me why the diamonds had fallen out in the first place. He, however, assured me that a that the stones would not fall out again. <br> <br> Needless to say, even though I have worn the ring on only a couple of occasions the stones have again started to fall out. I popped in to their Cresta store again on 23 March 2015 to report to the Manager that the stones were again falling out and was advised to return the ring for another round of repairs! <br> <br> This does not say much for the quality of the rings sold by NWJ. I would appreciate a refund as I don't have the time or inclination to go back and forth to have the defective ring repaired.<br>
