Damaged Watch

On 2 May 2015 I handed in my Silver Ladies Fossil watch to be repaired as it kept losing time. The face of the watch had a few scratches therefore i signed for a few scratches when receiving the watch back 6 weeks later it was badly damaged. I refuse tyo pay 500 for my damaged watch. It has been over 4 months now and i'm still waiting. NWJ has made no effort to contact me or update me. I have had to do all the phoning. They now will replace my old watch with a new one but i still have to pay R500 and it will only have a 6 month warranty, because they dont have that watched glass in stock. This watch is very sentimental to me and i have agreed to let it go, but now i must agree to pay for a brand new watch that only has a 6 month grantee and R500. I am at my witts end and have had enough. I am hoping this is going to be sorted soon, but to be honest i have had the worst service and experience there EVER! No effort has been made to atleast even update me on anything, i have to called every week to find out. going on 5 months now and STILL WAITING!!!!
