Damaged ring replaced with an empty box
I have placed an order online for a rose gold women's wedding band, received the order and the band was damaged/looked old, missing diamonds, black coloring and rusty. I logged an exchange. Today (4/11/23) I received the apparent replacement order, to my surprise I received an empty box with only tissue paper and a thank you card inside, NO RING!!! Your business has given me endless stress and appalling service from the start. You are well aware it is my wedding day tomorrow (5/11/2023) so what now? You have ruined my day already! I have filed a case with my Lawyer and he will be in touch, please send me a contact number so he can reach you on, I don't want to hear you moved offices and the phone lines are not working, give a personal number of a manager or something! Firstly you didn't QC the 1st order and sent me a damaged ring, secondly you didn't QC again and sent me an empty box but fully covered in bubble wrap like for real. Who are you trying to take for a ride?? I want a refund of my full order this one and the previous order and compensation! I have emailed you with picture evidence so I am awaiting your response with excuses and lies. You made me look like a cracker asking everyone to double check the box and courier packaging just so I'm sure of my eyes!!!! Ridiculous, I wouldn't recommend your business but looking forward to seeing you in court.

There were 2 parcels sent and was suppose to receive both on the same day. You should be receiving the second parcel today, since they did not deliver it together.
We will arrange for the collection of the item and grant the refund for the order. For the inconvenience we will give you a R500 gift voucher.
Once again, we do apologise, the empty box was packed as an error and the person who packed the box will be disciplined for this.
