Customer Service - NWJ Middleburg Mall, Mpumalanga

I recently bought my husband a birthday present from NWJ in the Middelburg Mall in Mpumalanga. After two weeks, the little leather band had come loose from the bracelet, so I returned to the store, slip in hand, to see if the item could be repaired.

Mahlatse, the Store Manager, immediately replaced the item, no questions asked. He was friendly, polite and very helpful. We definitely need more people like him in retail in South Africa.

Well done and Thank You Mahlatse! You will most certainly be seeing me again!
