I made a payment on Saturday of R4600 which is what the balance outstanding was. I called in today to close the account only to be told I have to call in next month because interest still has to be added. What interest will be added on a Zero balance? RCS is pathetic they want to keep consumers in debt. I WANT THIS ACCOUNT CLOSED!!!!!
