Constant damaged Ring from NWJ

My ring as bought at NWJ Waterfall Mall in Rustenburg Last year June.<br> Since then, my ring has been taken to NWJ to be fixed a total of 4 times. It has been sent to be repaired for Diamonds that are constantly falling out. The last time it went in, NWJ stated that my ring was remade. However, as week ago, another diamond fell out. <br> Each time the ring was repaired, NWJ did not want to renew the warranty or ensure that the ring would have no further issues. On such an expensive buy, you would expect a life time warranty and guarantee, but NWJ only offered 6 months warranty. When I took my ring last week, I was told that it is because we made the ring smaller and its the owners fault. Please note that NWJ never said we resize the ring at our own risk and no where do they mention that the ring may become faulty in the future after being resized.<br> I am still waiting for Feedback from NWJ on whether my ring will be \remade"once again or if we will get a refund. <br> In future"
