Complete and utter disapointment
<p>After going into NWJ Cresta and choosing rings for our wedding in 3 weeks time, I was told that they dont have stock of our ring size (size R), I was advised to leave my details and they will call me, after hearing nothing for 2 weeks I called today, to my amazement they had no clue who I was or about my order, not to mention the price of the rings was half price till end of Jan, I am now in a situation of having to find last minute rings due to the incompitance of NWJ, as such a big chain I really expected better customer service. I would just like to take to opertunity to thank NWJ for not only their lack of interest but ruining my wedding....pathetic!!!!</p>

Rebecca from NWJ was quick to respond to my complaint, and even managed to get the rings in hours, sadly they were not the ones I orderd and ended up returning them. During the whole process Rebecca remained appologetic and sympathetic towards the situation. She went out of her way to try and reslove, as a result I will definatly be back to purchase rings in the future...thank you!!!
