Changing my ring

We took in my engagement ring for repairs on 2015-08-05 as the link broke where it was resized. and to make the ring a little bit thicker. we received the ring on 2015-08-11 and it was made about 5MM thick and resized to 4 sizes smaller. We took the ring back about a week ago and all they said its the cream I put on that gives off butt it never gave off when we bought the ring for 4 months only after they resized the ring.<br> we had to resize the ring again and after the resize the silver started giving off and my finger become blue.<br> we took the ring to a different jeweller and the told us the ring is sterling silver and not pure silver only the part that they made thicker we bought the ring real diamonds with 925 grade sliver and now its costing us money to get the ring back to silver at our expense. will never trust NWJ with anything again as the change the quality of the ring
