Calm after storm

Last week I submitted a report about the service I was unhappy about at NWJ Woodlands.<br> <br> Last week Wednesday i went to collect the ring after the whole drama. Even though I was unhappy about the service that I previously received, both Thandi and Booysen were very apologetic and friendly when I collected the ring.<br> <br> Thandi apologised fot the whole mix up about the whole saga. She was professional, friendly and very empathetic. She made me feel like a valued customer and made sure that she leaves me with a positive experience.<br> <br> Keep up the great work. You definitely made sure that you didn't lose me as a customer for any future purchases :) .
