Broken Jewelry equals broken customer service!!

I contacted NWJ about a piece of jewelry I bought earlier this year. It wasn't expensive but certainly not cheap as it was a gift for my girlfriend whom at the time turned 21 years old. A weak ago the bracelet snaps to my surprise because of NWJ's "high quality" jewelry. I bought an anklet bracelet and she never removed the piece and 4 years later it is still intact. So then after contacting them about the situation, they send me an automated email saying they will be in touch. It has already been a few days and I feel as if they don't value customer care services. If this is their style of doing business, I will encourage myself as well as my family and friends not to buy at them anymore since you pay for broken jewelry in the end

The problem was resolved and they refunded me for another piece of jewelry that has the same value of the old one that broke.
I would just like to thank Julia for handling the situation professionally.
