Brilliant Service from NWJ PAVILION

Good day,

I would like to recognize an amazing lady who is apart of the NWJ family. Kayleen at NWJ Pavilion. This lady has been so patient and accommodating to my partner and myself. She made the extra effort and reassured me at every turn which isn’t easy considering I was on edge. Customer service is def. on the decline in SA. but people like Kayleen give me hope.

She went above and beyond, was polite, helpful and made us feel very comfortable and like our query would be resolved ASAP. In my busy schedule taking the time out to do this means I was very impressed by her service.

Kayleen def. deserves a raise or promotion.
