Bought a ring in April but still have not got it

Due to the December closure, the resize<br> repairs center was closed.<br> <br> I was told to bring the ring in anytime within 6 months. I took my ring for resize or remake on the 20 April 2015, a week later a lady by the name of Annette called me telling me that the repairs center<br> returned the ring.<br> <br> Even today I have not got my ring and nobody cares to call me about my ring.
