Bad Workmanship ONEC AGAIN...

I am writing this review with much dismay in my heart, I have wriiten once before on the same issue, and you guys had gladly replaced the handchain, I seem to be dealt a very bad hand when its comes to NWJ merchandise, the link on the handchain has come loose and opened up, I have handed it at the Centurion mall, and they have come back with a quote of R350 to have it repaired, Considering that is 3/4 of the price I initially paid for it and that I am paying for their initial bad workmanshsip I am asking that you please replace the handchain, I am aware that they have stock in store .... I will await for your response. I am a regular supporter of the store and love your jewellery but this continued dissapointed is chipping at me :(
