bad service lost watch

i gave my watch in in January 2020 I still did not receive any feedback and when phoning them they said they sent it to eastgate. then they did not find it there either. now my fossil is lost as I sent it in for repair. its now been 5 month and still nothing If you speak to the branch they only say they will get back t o you job no is 113719 we gave it in by east rand mall. this is unacceptable they say they will keep you updated but then nothing happens
