BAD service and goods

To NWJ, I am disappointed that when I bought my Fossil watch there on the 23 Dec 2014 I expected it to last longer than 6 months. When I took the watch back +- 1 week later to have the strap adjusted I am disappointed that I expected you as the shop where I bought the watch to be able to adjust the strap. I should have known that you only sell the watch and that is where your involvement ends.<br> I am disappointed that when my watch broke and I took it back to you on the 02.06.2015 I expected to be treated with respect.<br> To NWJ Durban Headoffice, I am disappointed that when I phoned on Friday the 05.06.2015 to enquire as to where my broken watch was and how far in your very specific \return items policy"where I expected to be (once again) treated with respect.
