Bad service

My mum bought earrings last year at nwj trade route mall.. On the slip its written gold earrings but now the earrings are changing color to bronze which indicates that its not real gold. She went back to the store to inform them and they polished them but still they have that bronze color.. She requested for a refund since they not real gold the store is now refusing to give her back her money..
