Bad Service

I've made a lay bye for a ring and I paid R1000 .00 on the 4th April and on the 12th I've decided to cancel it because I found another one that my Fiance like at the other store. Yooo ask me I will tell you! don't ever buy or lay bye from NWJ Woodlands, The reply I've got is that there no no refund for lay bye and the Manager is never at the Store you can only talk to her over the phone and she is very rude. After I spoke to her I was taken out of store by Security from the Mall and I don't know what she told them. The most embarrassing part is that they don't even know where they put or filed the lay bye contract that I've signed, they looked everywhere and they couldn't find it, their admin is very poor. I've logged a complain with Nombulelo(Store assist) and Nothando(call center agent) and same day and they told me that someone from the head office will call me and I will get my refund. No one called me even today so I'm going there later to day and they will know me very well. Never ever go to NWJ Woodlands unless you want a poor service.
