Bad sales lady at NWJ pavilion

On Thursday the 8 September 2022 I went to NWJ pavilion to go pick up a ring for a friend as a favour. As I walked in a to the store I took out the slip from my pocket and before anything a lady by the of Elizabeth said picks is on Thursday afternoons. I was at the store at about 10 or 11am. This lady said the above in a very harsh voice and when i tried to explain to her that I was not told that by the person she still carried on screaming at me and me in turn screamed at her. She then went to the back room and after a while came to me banged my slip on the counter and saying can't you see its written will call. Today 11 September 2022 i went to go pick up the ring and while i was tell the manager what happened Elizabeth came and started shouting at me as if I was wrong. In my own personal opinion I assume this lady don't like Indians. Also the 1 star rating i gave is not correct it should be NO star.
