BAD QUALITY - NWJ

I am so disappointed in the quality of their gold. i bought my 3 piece ring in November 2017 and the band and main ring split a month ago. When i took it back they tell me i had to pay to get it fixed, fair enough, then they quote me R1170 per ring to fix it and told me i should of put a shackle to make the rings stronger - why wasn't i told this when i bought the ring initially???????This is outrageous, so in total i need to pay R3510 to fix my ring. I have consulted a lot of friends and family and none of them have ever had an issue with gold where the ring split.

My advice rather buy from somewhere else then have problems with your ring just over a year later.
