BAD QUALITY AND RUDE STAFF
We bought rings with my husband December and on Monday went to the store to complain about the rings it scratches out and looks like color is coming off ,I went to Sandton branch and I found the rudest lady she said it's a problem cause my husband is careless u can't be wearing everyday and expect it not to scratch she then left us there. I sent a query on the WhatsApp line the person kept saying go to the store regardless of explaining the service I got I'm frustrated because its less than a month I feel like returning mine as well cause their quality is questionable
