Bad experience at nwj edgars gateway

My fiance purchased my ring December 24th and gifted it to me for Christmas only for me to use it for a couple hours and find a stone had fallen out took it to the store and they willing exchanged i took another ring December 26th had it for 5 months only for me to have the same problem took it to nwj in june arojnd the 15th or so for them to take 6 weeks to get back to me i was informed that omce igs sent for assesing the head office will contact me as to whats going happen but non of that happened i found myself phoning the store every 2 weeks but they never had information for me eventually after the 6 weeks i called and my ring was there and the sales consultant advised me i could come in to do my exchange keep in mind the value of the ring was R2000 little did i know that the ring went on special and i had to now do an exchange for R799 i mean what the hell was i going to take when I spoke to the manager she was absolutely rude and pathetic i did ask if nwj was going to compensate me for all the diffulty i had to go thru running around and all the phone calls mind u she wasnt really bothered at all ...i purchased 9ct gold earrings for my 1 year old and its only been 6 months and the earring stem is so weak thats its starting to bend ...my question to nwj is who compensates us for the stress and airtime and fuel it takes to keep running to the store

Why must i as a customer keep having issues with your bad workmanship and staff that completely gives a damn about your feelings
