Bad attitude

We went to NWJ at Northgate to collect my necklace. I was told that the store closes at 18:00pm. We arrived at 17:45pm at the store and Nothula was standing at the door of the store. She informed us that we could not come in as they were closing up. I told her that we are just collecting my necklace that was sent in for repairs. She said that we must come back another day. We explained to her that we are going away for the weekend but she was not interested and told me that I should post my complaint on this site she doesn't care. We had to take time off during today from work to collect my necklace all because of Nothula's bad attitude and unwillingness to help. She even acknowledged that the time was earlier than the closing time but could not be bothered. Her attitude was really shocking. She turned away another couple before us and another two after us. Awesome service NWJ because of bad attitude and not adhering to the correct closing hours you lost customers and made me an extremely unhappy customer. I will be sure to avoid this store in future.
