Atrocious service from NWJ continues

Two weeks after I had to I used my credit card at Centurion to collect a limited edition watch (already being paid for via eft) I was promised that they will refund me as soon as the money \showed\" in their account. I phoned each day for my refund but no one addressed the issue not even the owner Mike. After 10 days of constant phonecalls and waiting on the line as long as 40min because they dont phone back they said that the money was refunded. On insisting, them sending me the notification of payment I received that after another 5 phone calls...two emails and a day later. When verifying this payment with FNB after a week,as they said it takes four days. ..FNB indicated that the payment could not be verified and I need to contact NWJ again...so back at square where I started 2 weeks ago and still no assistance or followup from the owner Mike or Ronald or Larchelle or Sharon from Head Office...although they rep**** in their response \"at NWJ we pride ourselves on delivering a solid gold service to our most precious asset - you.\"... Well, deliver this service you promised and refund me as promised and stop passing the buck between branch and Head Office. "
