Angry NWJ Customer-Customer service NWJ up to ****

Not meeting expectations at all. Been waiting forever for my package. I am very disappointed with NWJ. Its more than 10 days now and my package has not arrived. I would like someone from NWJ to get in contact regarding my order as in yesterday! Their license should really be revoked or something. This service is unacceptable. 3-5working days. No no that is NOT TRUE. I want this package sent this week or I want a refund.
