Aggressive, disrespectful and unprofessional BLACK FEMALE STAFF.
There’s a lady by DIKELEDI at EASTGATE MALL NJW. She was so aggressive and unwilling to listen to what I was asking for. I had to ask another lady who also aggressive( chubby and of a darker complexion) that she’s eating. I was my first time at NJW and probably will be my last EAST GATE. I’m a black female myself and it seems like this kind of behaviour of black female store assistants is becoming a norm.

25 Jun 2023, 15:59The other assistant’s name is SINDI. I’m honestly very disappointed. When I asked DIKELEDI for another assistant, SINDI who was eating (visibly) by the store room) came out and said to me that she’s eating but continued(condescendingly) to assist , lacking the will & enthusiasm to do her job. Giving that we are experiencing so much unemployment and other social economic issues, it seems like assistants just don’t want to do their job or perhaps it could be because I’m a black female(we’re treating very poorly by assistants in general and it’s becoming problematic). I much prefer online shopping then in store because of these very reasons.
