After all these years and the service still has not improved

I went in to Cresta to get assistance on ring sizes that I laybyed, and the ladies there, were useless, said Head office must help me, I then sent a watsapp for assistance to the watsapp line that NWJ has, they told me on the watsapp to email the customer care, what is the use of advertising that you have a watsapp line if the watsapp customer care person is just going to refer you to the email assistance, defeats the purpose of having a watsapp line for assistance, I then emailed *** on 29 September, they are just as useless, I am still waiting on a response, this is why I stopped buying from NWJ, but I thought I would give them another chance, this is the absolute last time that I will buy from them, how do you stay in business with such bad customer service
