Absolutely pathetic service

<p>We bought a wedding ring at NWJ and then they could not resize the ring and had to remake the ring and on return they did not even have the necessary equipment to test the diamonds to confirm if is still has the correct diamonds, a few weeks later we took it back to NWJ to join the bands to the ring which was done bit the ring were of centre compared to the bands, after taking it back again they fixed it but now the spacing of the ring and the bands are not even, this is ridiculous, by the time they done cutting and joining the ring it will be totally damaged, NWJ your guys seriously need to wake up.</p>
