EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE

This is not the 1st time we are struggling with these people just to get a quotation. We gave the order on Monday for a quote. Yesterday (Wednesday) my husband went there to talk to the manager - she's never available. Today on Thursday, still no quote. I just wonder do these people want to do business at all. We are running a business and can't do what we are supposed to do in time... This business is not going to survive in this small town, if they are not going to do their job properly. Please people WAKE UP!!!!!!

Hi, I tried your nr first, but you didn't answer. But I want to thank you - you phoned afterwards my daughter and you said you will follow-up. As you indeed did so. She already received her quote. Thank you so much and for the reply. I hope things will get better from this day on.
