Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the level of service I have received from N'wa-Mzamani Properties. I have made several attempts to contact your office regarding the outcome of my property application, but my calls have consistently gone unanswered. On the rare occasions that I do get through, I am informed that the responsible person is "in a meeting," with no follow-up or resolution provided. In addition, I have sent multiple messages via WhatsApp, which have not been read or responded to. This lack of communication is highly unprofessional and frustrating, especially considering the importance of the matter. Furthermore, I paid an amount of R450 for a credit check, yet to date, no such check has been conducted, nor have I received any feedback. This raises serious concerns about your processes and transparency. It also leads me to question how many other clients may have been charged for services that were never delivered. I kindly request the following: Immediate feedback on the status of my application. Confirmation of whether the credit check has been conducted. A refund of the R450 if no service has been rendered. An explanation for the lack of communication. Please treat this matter as urgent.
