False electrical certificate

I bought a house by Madel Adams,and her agent is Marlene Gibson and their laywer nam is Mr Mostrerd,our agent is mrs Madelein from remax,on the 8 April 2022 we move in the house,we got the declaration that she tick of everthin in order,we had a uncle who was very sick in Malelane,where we have to go off to see him,On the 10 we came back and saw allthe cracks which she hiding away,in our cupboard a very large crack,by our window a crack and by our door,we look in the shower big crack came in the back of our door out?the basin is right of and it is broken,also the ceiling is full small holes and it look bad,our kitchen underneath is still water leaking and a crack behind the fridge ,in the sittingroom had the ceiling marks look like oil and on the left side of the room big crack,she put something over to hide it,lots of holes some is massive,then the lock to go out and in is broken,dangerous point,in the garage also a lock and dangerous point to be fixed,study room cracks and holes and ceiling look bad,in her sons bedroom is their a bad crack go right on top till down and it go on in the middle of the wardrobe where she tried to hide it with ugly paint?we saw also two tekkie prints in his room against the ceilng,look ugly,our agent Madelein was just doing everything for us,but the lady who was the agent of the house you dont see her know where, my answer on her that she must show her Fidelity Fund Certificate to us,because she dont know the rules to be a agent or agent owner?She told me yesterday she got a laywer who stands behind her,nl Mosterd,i told her i am not scared of one laywer and was serving the TRC,and know a lots of advocates and laywers ,one thing puzzle me and that is how did Mr Mosterd put the house on my name with a unvalid certificate by the registration and akte office?i talk to a lot of laywers this week and they told me avter every house sale you need a new certificate,are Mr Mosterd follow the right rules until now my wires is still open and shock nearly my child during the rain?this lady declare everything is right in the house on paper and also give a false certificate in because she work on the cables and also she did not report it to the body corparote of this complex,and the contract stipulated out that one of the corporates must give you proof to it?Mrs Marlene Gibson give me feedback yesterday for the first time that Mr Mosters told me i can do what i want to do,but send messages threw woman which he protect,rather face me and tell it to me,he must left his bump to look by him self what is going on here,and must been s****ped by the law society of the false electrical certificate!!!!!
