Wish I could give 6 stars #goodbusiness

<p>Wish I could give him 6 stars I have been having problems with my automated gate for years. It is very difficult to find someone to come immediately or even asap and they are terribly expensive. We eventually installed a bigger motor (centurion) and all was well until 2 weeks ago when it simply stopped working. None of the usual guys were available so we searched for a gate guy fami**** with Centurion on Gumtree. The only one available at short notice was Ajay from N.V. Security Systems c.c. He came after hours on the same day as he was very busy but considered we need our gate sorted asap. He found a small wire had come loose, fixed it and charged me less than the average call out fee. Soon after he left, the gate would close and then immediately open by itself so I called him back. He returned within minutes and found that the rail the wheels run on had separated a little at a joint due to wear and tear, causing a fault. He promised to return the next day with his welder to fit a piece in the gap. I was floored when he arrived at daybreak, fixed the gap and welded other bits that were causing loud clanging when closing and he charged me only R200 extra. We are so used to lousy service these days that we are floored when somebody goes the extra mile. Word of mouth is the best advert and Ajay will definitely get some good publicity from us in the future. #goodbusiness Write a reply</p>
