Worst service ever!

The service I received at NuWagon was very poor and unprofessional. From the first day I learnt my insurence booked my car with them. I had to beg for the person on the other end of the phone to identify themselves. They said they were a Ms. Xaba, but when I finally went there myself, Noone had that name. More than once Mareko apologized for not getting back to me as he'd promise. I don't even want to mention Nellie who kept sending me messages that were contradicting. One sms would say they are still waiting for parts, days later another sms said they are sourcing for parts. Worse, is that exactly 7 days ago Nellie called me to fetch my car, sadly 6 hours later I was still waiting for my car that was being painted right before my eyes. I was given a car that was not even washed. 2 days later I realised the license disk on my car was the old expired one. I called, spoke to Mareko.. Asked who has and how should I get my disk, he told me he will find out and get back to me. It's been 3 days already and I am yet to hear from them. Even after I sent emails, twice already, Noone botheres to get back to me. Did I mention that there car was given to me with a missing mirror cover which was on the car when it was towed to them?
