Nuwagon Autobody
<div>After my accident on 21 September, it took Nu Wagon 50 days to return my vehicle with the worst panel beating ever!
Every time I phoned, they ask my registration number and after promising my car will be finished the 29th of October, when I phoned they said no, to whom did I speak? The car is not even in spray area. After the 30 days of my insurance paid Avis car expired, they say they will give me a courtesy vehicle. It was a car without a spare wheel and with the back seat belts not working( and I am driving my kids around) and smelling of smoke.
The car was eventually finished the 10 th of October. After I received it, I could see and hear there is a lot of problems. We took it to a Tiger wheel and Tire the Saturday to fasten some loose things so that we could drive. Then we took it to Toyota Darrenwood to do an assessment on the vehicle. Here is the list that was given by Toyota:
The window tinting on the side of the accident is deeply scratched and not replaced. The R/F Door alignment is incorrect A/C pipe bracket not secured R/F indicator not working Right bonnet shock bent and bonnet do not stay open Paint flaws on R/F fender arch and Bumper Bonnet Allignment and finish requires fixing.
That is a panel beater that is accredited by my insurance..... Please stay away.</div>
