Trash service from Nu Wagon

I stand by my review that has been deleted that I have received a sub-standard service from Nu Wagon. The parts were supposed to be fitted in January, I've sent text and called Johnty to find out when I can come through for them to be fitted, he ignored all my calls and texts. I decided to go to Nu Wagon on 15 Jan, and waited for close to an hour only to be told that the parts have not arrived. When I spoke to Johnty in December he had said the parts would be available then. I stand by my review that their service is trash!
