Their SLA is a lie.

I took my car to this auto body company on the 23rd JulyTasha assured me that it will be ready in 14 days. I even told her that I have a wedding commitment I have to attend to using the car. On the 13th July she told me the car will be ready by the 17th or early days of this week. I called on the 20th she told me I will get it tomorrow on the 24th. I have just called them now to confirm and I am told the car will be ready next week Friday and that Tasha is not even at work. Please help me get my car I have to keep my commitments. If they had not promised me I would have hired a car for tomorrow.
