Theft and bad service

I am beyond disgusted and appalled by the service provided by Nuwagon Autobody. This entire experience has been an absolute nightmare, and their lack of professionalism and ethics is shocking.

1- Low-Grade, Poor Workmanship My vehicle was sent to Nuwagon Autobody for repairs, and when it was returned to me, it had a major overheating issue. How does this happen after being "repaired" by supposed professionals? The work was clearly rushed, sloppy, and not properly inspected before being handed back to me. This is completely unacceptable.

2- Missing Tow Hook – Theft Alert To make matters worse, my tow hook was ****** while my vehicle was in Nuwagon’s possession. This is outright theft, and I now have no choice but to lay a case of theft against them. How can anyone trust a business that *****s from their customers? This behavior is disgraceful and speaks volumes about their lack of integrity.

3- Utter Lack of Accountability I have repeatedly requested reports and documentation regarding the work done on my vehicle, but Nuwagon has failed to provide anything. They are unwilling to take responsibility for their substandard work or the theft that occurred.

4- Manager/Owner Brian's Shocking Unprofessionalism The manager/owner, Brian, has been the worst part of this entire ordeal. I have sent several emails and made numerous phone calls, yet he refuses to respond or even acknowledge my concerns. He has completely ignored me, showing a total lack of professionalism and accountability. If this is the leadership at Nuwagon, it’s no wonder the entire operation is falling apart.

5- Months of Silence and No Resolution It has been months, and I am still waiting for answers. The lack of communication, transparency, and customer care is absolutely appalling.

Nuwagon Autobody is an absolute disgrace of a business. Not only did they deliver poor-quality repairs, but they also stole my tow hook, forcing me to escalate this to the authorities. Their lack of communication and accountability, especially from their manager/owner Brian, is shocking. I would not recommend Nuwagon Autobody to anyone. Their repair work is subpar, their ethics are non-existent, and their leadership is downright ***********. If you value your time, money, and vehicle, stay far away from Nuwagon Autobody. This business needs to be held accountable for its shocking behavior, and I will be escalating this matter to the Ombudsman and laying a case of theft to ensure they don’t continue treating other customers this way.
