The worst repairer
I had two claims through PMD and Nu Wagon Autobody PTY Ltd was the appointed repairer by PMD.
And they have done the repair work, and they had an accident with my vehicle in their yard, they also lost the fog lamp cover, and I just realized now, they didn't put the Windscreen Washer Fluid Tank.
They pushed me to take my vehicle, and they told me they will resolve this matter within a week's time. The conversation happened on 12 May 2023.
So either the repairer or the insurer didn't take any liability, and they made me pay the excess fee.
