poor service

My car has been with this branch for more than a month, no communication whatsoever, i wonder how long does it take for fixing a major defects in the car because my car has a minor problem but the time it is staying there is very long. worse, you contact them they take forever to respond and if they do, no clear indications and time frames indicated on when will you get your car.
