Pathetic service from Nu Wagon

Took my car is and got rear bumper repairs through my insurance. They said the car is ready and when I collected I realised that the tow cover is not there. The guy at the workshop said they would order it and I t would be ready in 3 days.Days became weeks and weeks became months. That was in January 2024 and not it’s 20 April 2024 and my car has not been sorted. I’ve been sent from pillar to post. I’ve tried everything, including going to the workshop a number of times. If you want reliable service rather look elsewhere.
