Nuwagon Nightmare

This place is an absolute joke. The customer service is up to **** — not giving a you updates on your vehicle , don’t know how to answer a phone and they couldn’t care less about their customers. The work rate is pathetic, way below any decent standard. Every single week they lie straight to your face, saying “next week it will be done,” and every single week it’s the same nonsense. Nothing gets finished, only excuses and broken promises. They waste your time, your money, and your patience. Nuwagon Autobody is hands down the most unreliable and dishonest workshop I’ve ever dealt with. Avoid them like the plague.
