Nu wagon, bad service

My vehicle came in for repair on the 1st of October 2016 @ nuwagon bodyshop.

The assesor viewed my vehicle and it was determined that my vehicle would take 12 working days to be repaired.

A courtesy vehicle as promised, but each time that I called to enquire regarding this, I was pawed off with, we will call you back, we will call you back.I still have not received that promised call.

Later on, on the 12th of October, I called to ask regarding the proccess, giving my vehicle registration number, and to my jou and excitement, I was told that my vehicle would be ready for pick-up on the 16th of October.

I called each day to enquire, giving my vehicle registration number as refferance, and was assured that my vehicle would be ready, still no courtesy vehicle though.

Yesterday, 15th of October, I called again to enquire about the pickup time, as I live and work in Pretoria, and NuAuto Bodyshop is situated in Roodepoort.Again I was assured that the vehicle would be ready the next day, and that they would call me later to confirm a pick-up time.

Much was my surprise when I was called to say they had made a mixup, and that they confused my vehicle with another( why then the vehicle registration each time) and that my vehicle would only be ready on the 21st of October. Anger, dissapointment, frustration, and a feeling of helplesness. But again I was promised, with the utmost sincerity that a courtesy vehicle would be made ready for me today(16th of October) and that I would be called early in the morning to arrange above said.

No call, no feedback, and again I called, NuAuto not being able to answer my questions, only to be informed via sms that a courtesy vehicle would not be available.

I strongly recommend each and everyone to avoid the enterprise with all your might and power, they are unhelpfull, make rediculous claims, do not deliver on their promises, and have no idea what costumer feedback and relations are.

Disgrunteld customer
