Nu Wagon 40 days delay

I had an accident and King Prices uses this company to repair my vehicle. My vehicle is 3 year old and still in very good condition. My car has been there since the 15th of April, my car hire with King Price has expired due to me waiting and King Price and this Nu Wagon will not assist me with a curtousy car. They dont contact me only send messages to say that they waiting for parts. this service is not on, what do I do in the interim while I wait another month without a vehicle. How do I get to work. Neither King Price nor this Nu Wagon cares. Apparently theres 8 or 9 cars waiting for Haval parts. someone pls assist me - tell me who I can go to for assistance. I dont have another vehicle or transport to go to work and Im so desperate.
